Thank you to all of you who have stayed with us, held meetings in our premises, recommended us to colleagues and friends - or just dropped by and asked curiously about the concept. Without you, the year would not have been the same. Our first guests in Rønnede made all the work worthwhile, and the community in South Zealand has warmly welcomed Easy Stay.

2025 was the year Easy Stay went from idea to reality. We opened our modern, digital hotel at motorway exit Stop 37 in Rønnede - surrounded by greenery and with easy access to the E47. From the first drawings and tests to real stays, smiles and honest feedback.
This year confirmed that simple guest service, transparency and keyless access make sense for both leisure travellers and busy business people. We focused on small comforts: good mattresses, private bathrooms, stable Wi-Fi and an in-room workspace. At the same time, we've continuously refined the digital experience to make booking, check-in and check-out feel easy and logical.
These are not big words. Just a promise to make it easy to be a guest.
Christmas at Easy Stay: peace, flexibility and fair prices
For many, Christmas and New Year are synonymous with family visits, long drives or a quiet night between appointments. This is where our location and concept make sense. You park for free at the door, arrive when it suits you, open your room with a code and go to sleep straight away.
The rooms are decorated in a calm, Nordic style with space for both relaxation and work. Five rooms on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible, and if you're travelling as a couple, you can choose Twin with separate beds. If you want a little more space, Easy Comfort is an obvious choice.

We know that Christmas is also gift-giving time. We want it to be simple, personalised and useful. A digital gift voucher for Easy Stay is easy to give and easy to use. The recipient chooses the date, room type and pace.
Many also choose Easy Weekend as a gift idea - a relaxed break from everyday life. Others use us as a base for family trips, experiences on South Zealand or a quiet night around New Year.
Small highlights of the year
2025 has brought many moments we'll take with us. The first business guests in the meeting rooms. The first families checking in late and waking up rested. The first corporate agreements that make life easier for local businesses.
We've listened to feedback and tweaked details in the app, emails and information so it's ready when you need it. It's not always something you realise - but it makes your stay smoother.
At the same time, we have prepared the next chapter: a new Easy Stay hotel in Næstved. Same simple, keyless experience. Same focus on comfort. A new base close to city, business and culture.
The people behind the screen
Even though everything is digital, there are people behind it. Our operations team ensures clean rooms, well-functioning technology and quick responses. The best feedback is a quiet night and a simple early morning departure where everything just works.
If you need help, we answer the support channels every day. Short and to the point - without queues and paperwork.
For our business partners
South Zealand works - and so do we. Easy Stay has meeting rooms for 4-12 people with screens, whiteboards and stable Wi-Fi. They are used for interview days, project meetings and workshops close to the E47.
Company agreements bring together the practicalities in one framework with fixed terms and centralised invoicing. This makes it easy for your teams when the calendar is tight.

Sustainable choices, step by step
We continuously think about materials and operations. Robust solutions, good indoor climate and energy-conscious operation reduce waste. It's not always visible, but it can be felt in everyday life.
At Christmas we keep it simple: reusing decorations, low standby consumption and focusing on peace of mind for the guest. Small steps - same direction.
