You can easily book your room online via Easy Stay's external booking system. All rooms are for two people and the price is for the room, not per person. Children (0-2 years) can stay with parents in the same bed, but cots are not available. The booking is automatically confirmed by email, where you will find your booking conditions and a link for changes or cancellations.

You can change or cancel your booking via the external booking system where you received your confirmation email. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. For later cancellations, you will be charged for the first 24 hours of services booked. In case of no-show, full payment for the entire stay will be charged. Your booking conditions are stated in the confirmation email you received when booking.
You will receive your booking confirmation immediately after you have completed your booking via Easy Stay's external booking system. The confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you entered during booking. Here you will also find your booking conditions and a link to change or cancel your booking if necessary.
Easy Stay Hotel is located at motorway exit Stop37, close to the E47 in Rønnede in southern Zealand. The address is Trafikcenter Rønnede 10, 4683 Rønnede. We do not offer breakfast at the hotel, but at the link below you can see the breakfast options in the area. For the hungry, you'll find vending machines in the entrance area with snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Easy Stay is a digital hotel and has no physical reception.
On the day of arrival, you will receive a password by both text message and email. You enter the code on the handle of your room number to unlock.
Your room is ready from 14:00 and you can check in any time after that. You will receive your access code by text message and email the same day.
Check-out is at 10.00 am every day of the week.
Late check-out is not offered, but you can extend your stay via our external booking system or contact us for assistance.

Yes, there is free parking in front of the hotel.
It is not possible to reserve parking spaces in advance, but there are plenty of spaces both at the hotel and throughout the Stop37 area.

No, there is no hairdryer and ironing board in the hotel rooms.
There is no minibar or fridge in the rooms. Denmark has some of the cleanest drinking water in the world straight from the tap - free and environmentally friendly.

Hotel rooms are cleaned after each overnight stay. For longer stays, cleaning is done automatically after 4 days.
No, we do not offer luggage storage. We recommend that you store your luggage in your car or in your room until departure.

No, the entire Easy Stay Hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the marked areas by the car park.
