At Easy Stay, booking is quick and easy - with no phone queues or paperwork. You book your room online through our external booking system and everything is handled digitally from start to finish. Once you have completed your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay. Here you will also find a link to change or cancel your booking if your plans change.
When you click into the booking page, you first select the room you are interested in. Here you can see the current room types and opt for promotional offers, such as our popular Easy Weekend offer. Simply select the dates you want and enter any promotional code.
It is possible to book multiple rooms at a time if you are travelling as a group or family. Once the rooms are selected, enter your contact details and choose your preferred payment method. After payment is complete, you will receive a digital room key via SMS and email, along with your room number.
Enter the code directly on the door lock - and you're checked in. No waiting time at all. Simple, flexible and digital - just like Easy Stay was made to be.
Do you need to book on behalf of a company? Then we offer a dedicated corporate agreement that makes it easy to handle booking, invoicing and payment. To create a corporate agreement, contact our hotel manager Dennis Dahl by email: info@easystay.dk, or by filling out the form on the website (link will be inserted).
Once set up, you will be contacted with further information on how the process can be tailored to your needs. With a corporate agreement, you get a flexible solution that ensures fast booking, unified invoicing and easy access for employees - ideal for travelling teams, installers and consultants.
At Easy Stay, children are always welcome. Children can sleep with parents in the same bed at no extra charge, but we do not offer baby cots or extra beds. If you need a little extra space, you can choose one of our Easy Comfort rooms. They offer a little more air - but still the same simple comfort.
We know that plans can change. Therefore, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival free of charge. For later cancellations, you will be charged for the first 24 hours of your stay. If you fail to show up without cancelling (“no-show”), full payment for the reserved stay will be charged.

Your booking confirmation contains everything you need - from address and arrival time to cancellation link and contact info. You can always log in via the link in the email to change the date, number of nights or cancel the booking. The whole process is done digitally, so you retain flexibility wherever you are.
