How do I book a room?
Book here on the website: choose a hotel, dates and room type, then pay securely online with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. It takes about two minutes and confirmation arrives immediately.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email no later than 24 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged for the first night.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
Immediately after payment. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it after a few minutes.
Do you offer company invoicing?
Yes. Corporate agreements include one monthly invoice, an agreed rate and simple administration. Submit a request on the Corporate agreement page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is handled securely online in the booking system.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown here on the website include VAT. No hidden fees.
